与合资公司产品有竞争的产品??? 甲方同意其不应直接或通过关联公司(合资公司除外)间接地制造、进口或销售任何与合资公司产品有竞争的产品。 Party A agrees not to manufacture, import or sell any competitive products of the products of the JVC directly or through any of its affiliates (except the JVC). |
