Keep practising is the best way to improve English level, esp. in oral English. Sometimes we will feel tired of practising because we always find that we have little improvement. Yes, that's true. But you are improving gradually. You cannot feel it at once, but several months later. So keep practising, and you will find you are improving indeed.
When learning a foreign language, the environment is quite important. However,I remember somebody said not everyone had the chance to go abroad. So we stay in our country and try to learn another language. I can understand your hard work. But we still have another way to create the language environment. You can go to the ENGLISH CORNER. Don't feel ashamed of your English because it is so poor. Try to say more and listen more. If you don't want to go to English Corner, there's another way, i.e. say to yourself. You can say anything as you like. If you say to yourself for 15 minutes every day, I believe you will improve. At the same time, don't forget to read more.
