主要是能不能跟老外确切的表达我的意思！

非常抱歉，银行因为以下原因不允许我取钱
1，姓名颠倒，应该是first name's haibo,last name's wang
2，设置了固定汇率，由于国家政策，我无法拿到钱
3，请把接收币种修改为USD，。
4，我需要知道你汇款时用的姓名。

请迅速去银行更正，方便我快速拿到钱

I am so sorry to tell you that I can't get the money you remitted to me from the bank for these reasons:
1.the First and the Last name are upside down. My first name is Haibo ,last name's wang.
2.The fixed echange rate is set .So basing my country's policy ,i could not get the money.
3 .The bank will change with me using the lowest exchange rate ,unless you modify the kind of recieving remittance to USD

Could you go to the bank to make correctioins rapidly, So I can get the money in good time? Thank you .

首先声明，我也很菜。不过你的翻译也太搞笑了点。难怪这里的高手都不屑于回复了。由于你的中文信息本身就很零乱，而且我对银行的术语也不了解，我的翻译你只能凑合着用，不过自信比你的要好一些，我脸皮比较厚，呵呵。 wink

应该老外能懂大体的意思。我有错的地方，还请各位前辈不要只偷着乐，请拍拍砖吧，算是扶植幼苗，功德无量了！

从银行取钱就用提取(withdraw,withdrawal),还有币种,固定汇率是术语,这样翻不错.
