第二十条 人民法院受理破产申请后，已经开始而尚未终结的有关债务人的民事诉讼或者仲裁应当中止；在管理人接管债务人的财产后，该诉讼或者仲裁继续进行。 Article 20 After the People’s Court accepts the bankruptcy application, any civil or arbitration proceedings concerning the debtor that has commenced but not concluded shall be discontinued, while after the takeover of the debtor’s properties by the trustee, such legal or arbitration proceedings may re-continue. |

After the takeover by the receiver of the debtor’s property, such suit or arbitration shall resume. |
