1.3 Fee Guarantee费用担保 Custodian agrees not to increase the amount of the Bundled Rate for a period of three years from the effective date of the Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the fee assumption is not met (as described below) 24 months after the Fee Accrual Date, the Parties will engage in good faith discussions concerning an appropriate adjustment of the Bundled Rate or method for calculating the Custody Fee for successive contract years. 托管人同意在从本协议生效日之后的三年内不增加捆绑价格的金额。尽管有上述规定，但如果在计费日期之后的24个月内未能达费用假设（见如下定义），则双方将就对接下来的合同年度有关捆绑价格的适当调整或托管费用的计算方法进行善意讨论。 For purposes hereof, the fee assumption shall be deemed not to have been met in the event that the average annual transaction volume of settled trades of Securities comprising Custody Assets exceeds 7000. 在本协议中，如果构成托管资产的证券的年均成交量超过7000，则费用假设应被视为未能达到。 这段话不懂，怎么超过7000了反倒达不到呢？？ |

fee assumption 翻译为费用 设计/设想 会不会更好？ Custodian 好像不是托管方吧？托管人应该是物主，把东西托给人家（custodian 管理方）管理。不知道我的理解对与否？ 超过7000了反倒达不到呢？ 因为捆绑托管服务费用可能是固定或没什么伸缩性的，这个数额在成交量超过7000之后管理方在费用方面就达不到原先设计了。 另外，Fee Guarantee应该翻译为 费用保障。也就是说，捆绑服务费用达不到一定数额时可以适当加价。 |
