Where any discrepancy arises between the English translation and the original Chinese version of the laws and regulations included in this collection, the Chinese version shall prevail.
如果本汇编中的法律法规的英文和汉语版本有任何相左的地方，则以汉语版本为准。

3．合同语言Contract languages
33.1 除非双方另行同意，本合同语言为中文和英文，以中文为准。双方交换的与合同有关的信函应用合同语言书写。Except where both sides otherwise agree, the Contract languages shall be Chinese and English, and the Chinese version shall prevail. Correspondences between both sides concerning the Contract shall be written in the Contract languages.
