求一句话的翻译，我是新手

如题，新手看不懂一句话：Supplier has no authority from and will not authorize or bind Cephalon to any obligation with any third party.

原来句子用字有误，authorize＋ O ＋to v ，而bind＋ O ＋ to＋名词，故修改如下：

Supplier has no authority from (Cephalon) and does not authorize Cephalon to conclude any agreement with any third party.
= Supplier is not authorized by (Cephalon) and does not authorize Cephalon to conclude any agreement with any third party.

本供货商和Cephalon绝无相互授权去与第三方缔约。
